Terms and Conditions for SylGraph Printers Graphics Design and Printing
Services
Welcome to SylGraph Printers. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and
conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Definitions
1.1. "Client" refers to any individual or entity
using SylGraph
Printers's
services.
1.2. "Services" refers to all graphic design, printing,
and related services provided by SylGraph Printers.
1.3. "Deliverables" refers to any work products or
services SylGraph Printers provides to the Client.
2. Services
2.1. SylGraph
Printers
provides graphic design and printing services as described on our website and
agreed upon in our proposals and contracts.
2.2. The scope of work, timelines, and deliverables will be
detailed in a proposal or contract and must be approved by the Client before
work begins.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. Quotes provided by SylGraph Printers are valid for 6 working days from the date of issuance.
3.2. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total project cost is
required before commencement of work.
3.3. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project
and before the delivery of final deliverables.
3.4. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other
method agreed upon with the Client.
3.5. Full payment must be made at the time of product delivery.
4. Revisions and Approvals
4.1. The Client is entitled to a specified number of revisions as
outlined in the proposal or contract.
4.2. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number will incur
additional charges.
4.3. Final approval from the Client must be given in writing
before the delivery of final deliverables.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. SylGraph
Printers
retains ownership of all original artwork, concepts, and drafts created during
the project.
5.2. Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive
license to use the final deliverables for the intended purpose.
5.3. The Client agrees not to modify, reproduce, or distribute the
deliverables without SylGraph Printers's consent.
6. Confidentiality
6.1. Both parties agree to keep confidential all information
disclosed during the project.
6.2. Confidential information will not be shared with third
parties without prior written consent from the other party.
7. Cancellation and Termination
7.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice
if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement and fails to
remedy the breach within 14 days of notification.
7.2. In the event of termination, the Client will be responsible
for payment of all work completed up to the date of termination.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1. SylGraph
Printers will
not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising
from the use of our services.
8.2. SylGraph
Printers's
total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the services.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of
Bangladesh.
9.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be
subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
10. Amendments
10.1. SylGraph
Printers reserves
the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
10.2. Any amendments will be communicated to the Client in writing
and will become effective upon acceptance by the Client.
11. Force Majeure
11.1. SylGraph
Printers will
not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations if such failure is due
to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to
natural disasters, war, strikes, or government regulations.
By engaging with SylGraph Printers, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to
these terms and conditions.
